This is my second as well but I'm lucky enough to have another job so no complaining here just curious. Would have been nice, I was more concerned about the 20 or so low timers that probably haven't been able to get a job. It would make quite a few house payments.

About 10% for Capt, more for FO's, but it looks like most if not all goes back to the company in "productivity enhancements". More digging necessary before I can say if its a net gain or loss.
