BTW, FWIW - They look at (and consider) "everything" from your Total Time, to your college degree to whether or not you applied before we announced hiring or afterward (as a knee-jerk type deal.) All in all, if you look like the right fit, they'll call!

Im sorry guys.. I am just cutting and posting off an actual thread on ALPA. It is in fact a pool of 5000-10000. If the mods need to take this down I understand. I have been out of this game too long so I am not sure what is right to post or not.
