It would be best guess until after each class is actually set. The bypass pilots can and will give only 30 days notice. They do not have to be the first back.
There are many out there that are waiting to see if the hiring continues. I know of at least 20 that want to come back but want a few more bodies to come in before them. There will more than likely be more than 45 once the music stops.

Lucky you. Short most places. Plus they will guard their SC pilots with their life. If they have a WS and maybe even a GS guy they may assign it to them first. You are on the hook, those pilots can pull their slips at any time.
