Are you willing to bet this kinda job on that? Be honest and tell them, or get hired and live with the fact that if they find out later they have a reason to fire you. Simple, isn't it?
And just in case somebody going for an interview here has missed it; B E - H O N E S T.

Take responsibility for your actions, good and bad, and be able to explain what you did wrong, and what you learned from it. Being honest but then making excuses as to why it wasn't your fault is just as bad as being dishonest IMO.

Guys;
Just because there are MSP 7ER=B openings does not necessarily mean that those spots will be awarded in a given class.
The bid was made to create vacancies, the company has the discretion to fill the spots they feel need to be filled first. Much like in 07 when the first few classes were 88 classes with a few 73N. The 767 awards did not arrive until June or July of 2007, and the ER slots after that.

Are there still MSP 7ER B vacancies after this AE?
