Delta is hiring now

Its an urban legend...but a good one. Don't rock the boat, just do it. Plus, the shrink thing is no big deal. If, in fact, we still do that.
I remember sinking down into the couch while he towered over me in his chair of domination.
Lots of guys were worried about the suit and shrink thing. Just be yourself, remove the piercings, and don't talk about over throwing the government.

never said that either...... Enough said.
I've just always heard about the red tie thing and the only job I didn't get was the one that I wore a red tie to. It was my 1st interview and I never wore it again. If in the delta hiring manual it says someone loses points for not wearing the red tie then fine but I've never heard that its a firm no.

It might not be a firm no, but it will hurt your chances.
You should really keep your opinions about DAL hiring to yourself. It is something you know little about and may damage other people's chances of a job here.

I think CPZ required the degree. There might be 1 or 2 out there without one.
XJ is a different story.
I am NOT a fan of flow agreements. There are some great pilots that are going to flow, but I want to be able to get the people that I know will be the best for the job to the front of the line for the slots.

For as long as that lasts. I'm getting many questions from something out there that has folks thinking a deal is in the works to spin off a subsidiary, or several subsidiaries, perhaps without their Certificates.
No good quotes or good sources, but the number of people asking the question indicates someone thinks it is a possibility.
SkyWest is often mentioned as the buyer.
Frankly, I just don't see Delta management going along with a Mesaba flow. I'll be surprised if it happens. If the flow does happen, it will be the result of some serious ALPA arm twisting behind the scenes. Lee Moak is a big supporter of flow through agreements as a way around the pain of outsourcing and he's put work into it.
