The JFK Kid Controller

Safety was not compromised.
The kid did a professional job launching the aircraft.
FAA management is once again scrambling to cover their rear ends. How about standing up for once and ignoring the media frenzy and ignorance.

Stormin Norman said it on CNN during Gulf War I in fact the exact same quote. Is it really a problem here?

What happened to the days when you could crack a joke over center and not worry?
Like many of you I've been in and out of jfk many times, and just like any other airport, they have slow times. If Krusty the clown, or Peter Griffin cleared me for takeoff I'd think it would be hilarious.
Seriously... If the kid was giving taxi instructions at O'hare in a snowstorm, then maybe ask a few questions. We never should have heard about this.

The Codebook
All pilots should be issued a numbered list of offensive words and phrases. That way, radio calls and forum posts could be uninhibited and sanitary at the same time:
"You are a big fat 57!"
"Oh yeah? Well 83 yourself!"
