Default DAL/NWA 3: The PWA REQUIRED in 2012

I'm trying to spin this off the "Latest and Greatest" thread, because there is nothing quite as important as restoring our pay and working conditions to something that makes us feel as professionals again. Please participate, so that we can get some sort of consensus on what we will demand in our next contract.

If you love it just the way it is, please tell us how much. In five hundred words or less.

I love it.

Are we going to vote or just talk?

What about an option for "Injured champion hunting dog(PWA), house trained and very caring, needs some serious love, and a good home, prefer a married couple to help get him back on his feet and probably even compete for a few titles. Comes from good breeding stock, has potential to sire many fine litters in the future."

23k recovery flying needs to lose the "same calendar day" option for the company. The "within four hours" finishing part can stay but the other turns line holders into reserves. 23k abrogates seniority.

I want to see a 1.5 hour bump to reserve guarantee for every short call. Also would like to see some kind of logic tree for how they assign short-call.

Per diem in training no matter what your base. If you are on company propert doing company work, then per diem should be paid.

How about a guy released from a trip for IOE etc goes to the bottom of the reserve list, not the top....
