Honest question. Captain in what?
The four organized pilot groups are meeting this week. The law requires a period of negotiation, followed by possible mediation and arbitration. Have any of the affected groups read recent arbitration decisions?
You being a 1992 hire, I really wish we were not even discussing the possibilities, but here we are.

no rumors. the IC is not sharing. I believe all parties signed a confidentiality agreement. Everyone will just have to wait and see what the arbitrators decision is for the integrated seniority list. I believe your best bet is to ask your IC. Anyone that posts information here is just making it up or being a flame bait.
For the record any 07 DOH that is lusting after a Captain seat is an idiot and should be disregarded. If everyone still has a job in 12 months it will be a miracle.

My comment was satire, not intended literally. It was also in reference to the industry as a whole, not just RAH (which happens to be in this situation).

All 5 parties signed a confidentiality agreement. Nothing is being released. The only information given so far is that all parties agreed to the 13b which was some time back.
