If Mr. Rat does decide to accept an offer of employment from RAH, he will be expected to conduct himself as a professional. At least while at work.

The Midwest MEC sent a letter requesting that Republic use the Midwest policy of two years non-rev rights for all furloughed employees vs. reducing all furloughed employees to the 90 day Republic policy.

Republic sent a second letter (because some furloughed employees were not sent the first letter) to confirm the non-rev policy is changing to 90 days.

Seriously? Are people really using words like "Staple" and "Date of Hire"?

There will be some kind of an integration between all the groups and it definitely won't include anybody being stapled to another group. That's silly.

It's a posting from someone who has been through mergers and seen mergers at other airlines. It's from someone who had some good friends at Midwest who are in the middle of the same mess you are in and don't stoop to flamethrowing or baiting to make themselves look bigger in the eyes of others.

It's from someone who understands that management cares about shareholder value, not a pilots level of experience. And it's from someone who truly hopes that the Midwest pilots will get a fair shake in the arbitration. Despite your constant and repeated attempts to undermine your fellow pilots with all your trash talking that does nothing to improve the situation.

From all your posts, it sure seems unlike many of your Midwest counterparts, you never figured out that the word "team" has no "I" in it.

I love reading this stuff, no one has a clue what is going on. Everything you might hear is from a friend of a friend who is dating that girl in HR....you get the point. Why get so upset about something that has been so tight lipped. I am sure everyone will have to give some, but come on, lets chill and let our union leaders do what we elected them to do on our behalf. I have faith in FAPA and will let them do the stressing for me

cheers

As I also have faith in Teamst......errrrr.....never mind, scratch that.

What I know about the integration is that it will be completed within the next 5 months and that all of the certificates will attempt to get the best integration for their pilots...and everyone will disagree on how it should go down...and it will end up in an arbitrators hands.

And after we all know our new seniority numbers, all of us Midwest pilots will still be unemployed in the absense of any new vacancies.
