Your right, there are toomanyrj's.......next time YOU negotiate your contract, don't sell out on scope. If you think about it, 20 years ago the ratio of mainline to regional jobs was much higher. That did make things much less restrictive when we were hired at a major.

You forgot "Dude, wheres the airport" and "Dude hey we went off the side of the runway because we can't handle 30kts of crosswind" If you think about any of the formentioned events, by Frank or myself you would understand that its amazing and PURE LUCK that no one was hurt in these events. Most of these events have hints of complacency, which most of us understand you get at high experience levels.

Correct, have you let your FO rep know your views on the subject. If people get involved rather then sit at home an stew about the loss of scope, I know that would make a difference. If your junior you have no one to blame except your own senior brothers.......

Whats the new name gonna be ?? Frontwest or Midtier ??? I can't wait til the SLI arbitration is complete, then we can argue about the remedy phase.
Personally I can't wait to throw gear for ToiletDuck...I will listen intently to all the gems of wisdom I will learn from his vast experience.
He can tell what it takes to be a winner in today's aviation world, and I can tell him what it was like to fly a Be1900 with no flight director all day long.Maybe a history lesson too, like when the ORD taxiways had different names." That used to be called the Stub, Cpt Toilet Duck, we used to blast off from there on 27L with the 1900, actually its called 28 now but used to be 27L "....gonna make time fly on those 4 day trips, lol

This really doesn't have much to do with seniority, but has anyone noticed the RAH stock price in the past week? It has slowly decreased, but what was more telling has been the trading volume at 3-4 times above the normal average. There have some been some large volume sales which seems one or several financial groups are selling off. When does RAH report their 4 QTR numbers?
