Is this a legal or SEC filing? NO.

I don't feel for the F9 guys at all. I take that back. I feel for the junior guys that took it in the rear because of the senior guys that were "too good" to fly in the right seat at SW at F9 captain pay. You guys had a chance to join the SWA seniority list and foolishly turned it down and allowed yourselves to get bought and WHOLLY OWNED by a regional airline. Why in the world do you think that you are entitled to more than the employees at the company that BOUGHT you???
It's shame that the senior F9 guys were to foolish to see what was coming. It wasn't like the seniority list integration was a secret. Good job FAPA!!!!!
Nothing like cutting off your nose to spite your face. This is the girl you chose to sleep with. She sure is looking ugly now isn't she?

I greatly respect the senior Frontier pilots for looking out for the junior pilots.

Which FO's were in favor? Was it the additional 120+ out of 300 that were going to immediately furloughed?
Was it the "excess" F9 pilots that were going to remain FAPA pilots, not SWAPA?
How did any F9 pilot, senior or junior, screw anyone else when SWA pulled their bid? Do you know why SWA was required to modify their bid? Do you know how much more money SWA would have needed to add to their bid to even be considered by the UCC had the pilots managed to agree to an SLI? Do you know who ultimately decides what the "highest and best" bid is during a Bankruptcy auction? I will answer the last one for you, it isn't the pilots. If SWAPA's initial proposal was a staple of all SWAPA pilot below the FAPA pilots this deal still would not have been approved by the UCC.
As an F9 FO I would have loved to landed at SWA, but it didn't happen. I also can't think of anyone worse to be owned by than Bedford, but that did happen.
No one picked Republic and no one rejected SWA.

No he saying what I think everyone can understand except for maybe you. To get to mainline there are filters along the way where less qualified and less desirables are removed. The people at mainline have made it through probably the most difficult filter. I've been at 2 mainline carriers and 2 regionals and if I took the average pilot at both there would be a very noticeable difference. With this transaction the filter that removes the people who really don't belong is removed which in itself could be considered a windfall.

Disagree. I've flown with guys here that have been here FOREVER that in my opinion your so called "filter" must of missed. On the contrast, at my old "regional" there were guys that were some of the most professional sticks I know. Point being, there's bad apples everywhere. I wouldn't group all rj drivers as less desirable.

You could not be more wrong.

Ding, Ding! We have a winner. $0.18/share won out against $0.12/share. It's that simple.
