I agree, give each other your proposals and send it to arbitration. We all know that is where it is heading. This whole confidentiality is crap. Our(RAH) guys are saying it is not them who requested the confidentiality, but I do not believe anyone.

The settlement is going to be an amalgamation of what each party asks for. So what each original proposal contained doesn't matter and all it will do is cause fingerpointing and infighting, which will only benefit RAH.
We have to remember, there are still some pretty crappy pay rates all over the place within the combined company and it will do no good to have the pilot group hating each other during negotiations.

In the end, does it matter who requested confidentiality?

Do you really think these pilot groups will ever work together?
Rev BB has played Republic pilots against Midwest pilots like a master. Republics EXCO actions/inaction sent all the Midwest pilots to the street. Frontier pilots think they/they only will fly the Airbus aircraft. I haven't seen any joint actions by Republic/Midwest/Frontier pilots.

That's up to the pilots themselves. You can choose to dwell on the past and what should have been or you can look to the future. The DL/NW seniority integration was quite contentious, but both sides have decided to move on. Not everyone and everything is all love peace and happiness, but in general people have chosen to move on. Each pilot will have the power to decide the answer to your question.

I seriously doub't this will ever make it to arbitration. I can't imagine one scenario where BB will hand over control to an arbitrator. He would be forced to conmply with their ruling no matter how expensive or contrary to his plans it is. I imagine a more likely scenario would be for him to dangle some carotts for some groups and sell off another group (read F9) to maintain control. Just my opinion, but since this is Airlinepilotforums.com, I must be wrong as usual. Oh well.
Why are we wasting time... just send it to the arbitator.

You are right about that!
Darth Bedford has nothing to do with the integration, he just has to live with the results. There is NO WAY this will not get arbitrated.

Thanx.

PS-My buddy is at Lynx. I applied at Midwest and Lynx in the past. Pretty sure I also applied at Chautaqua.

Absolutely. Why do you think there's been such a fight over one master seniority list? That's the entire point of this. To make sure all groups work together and are not used as leverage against one another.
You mean besides the massive effort on integration that's taking place? They are going about doing things the right way. Take a breath and calm down. The unions have been working towards a common goal since all this has started and you've yet to see that. You keep shouting about lockouts etc yet I keep seeing meetings taking place and progress being made.
I haven't seen any joint actions by Republic/Midwest/Frontier pilots.
