Have your company bought and job liquidated is a far cry from having your company bought and then job adjusted. Ask him to reference the cries of the F9 employees who are taking job cuts to be equal to the RAH employees.

I know there are Frontier recalls. However, the recalls do not take care of all the furloughs, and the date the recalled F9 guys see the line will be pretty much in line with the May completion date of an arbitrated Seniority integration. It's not like these guys are getting year long head start on you. They come on line beginning this spring, you guys come on line late spring and into the summer. That was my point. Just pointing out again that Midwest pilots are not being singled out for abusive treatment by anyone. But I understand that you long ago made up your mind, and that not even a DOH integration could cure the chip on your shoulder.

Hopefully because the level of proof required in an SLI arbitration is substantially less than a grievance arbitration, the arbitrator will see through Buttfords manipulation of the process and force a rebid within the limits of his/her ruling. It would be best for the career because it will send a message to managements that they can't play the system with no consequences.

You keep missing the point. The point is dollars to donuts that there will be a long period between recalls post SLI finalization. So in essence all the Midwest pilots will be locked out even though many may hold seniority numbers that will hold a position. It will just add insult to multiple injuries because you and I both know that BB planned all of this to work this way.

I think it was really the Republic union that is "locking-out" Midwest pilots from seniority integration.
Here is BB statement on it in June 2009...
Indianapolis-based Republic said it will replace all of Midwest’s Boeing 717s with Embraer 190s once the separate unions that represent pilots and flight attendants merge their ranks, Republic Chairman and CEO Bryan Bedford said.
BB wanted a qucik integration but the Republic pilots want the flying/jobs so they delayed seniority integration. Don't blame BB on this issue.

That might be true but you and I both know that this entire "merger" smells of wrong doing. BB promised the people of MKE that he would take the entire company except for jobs that "Over lapped". That was six months ago. He and his entire operation, including his flight crews with their "It's not our fault" mentality, are doing all they can to stall, stall, stall.

We know BB wanted to get rid of the Midwest pilot and Flight attendent union because he bragged about it...
"... no Midwest-owned or leased aircraft, unions or pension", said Bryan Bedford.
But he said he wanted a quick integration. Is he just positioning himself for the arbitration hearing? Was this public statement only made to look like he was taking the steps required by law?
Are BB and Republics unions working together to undermine another labor union to gain jobs/cheaper labor costs? I can't believe Teamsters National would allow Republic EXCO to work with management against labor.

Actually, it is not a joke. Frontier furloughs do not have their jobs. Read a little more closely. Some will get their jobs back, though their claim to the Airbus right seat or left seat (recall or upgrade) are temporary and may change upon the completion of integration. They are bound to their certificate's operation. So are you. They are bound by the same integration timetable you are. Most frontier furloughs will not fly until after integration, same as you.
Where did you see this language? Do the F9 furloughees know this is temporary?
