RA at JVY, with a half-dozen training airplanes in left traffic and two training helicopters in right traffic to the parallel taxiway with transient piston & turbine airplanes coming and going? UNPOSSIBLE!

We slop at World all the time when not under radar contact and while in radar contact in China (ATC asks us to do it).

I've had a couple of RA's. Most being of the too aggressive of a climb or descent. The weirdest was when we were intercepted off the coast of Sweden. They came in from below and behind. Thank God I had just read an article about how the military had told their pilots not to mess with the civilian flights off the coast. It really screws with the TCAS.
