+1 you forgot to mention that the profit sharing will be at least as large as the upgrade you won't get to something higher paying.

I see you ACL here lurking in other threads trying to steal the LAX flying (even though we don't fly this with LAX crews; as a matter of fact, most of the LAX flying is with OA crews).

I would love to see LAX grow. (easy commute from DFW)
