everything is seniority based. Base bids, schedules, upgrade ect just like any other airline. With upgrades you due have to get three upgrade letters from captains one from a check airman to be eligible for upgrade award.

If you need rec letters, it ISN'T seniority based.

I know of three regionals that require recommendation letters to upgrade and they ARE seniority based. So it does happen.

everyone gets the opportunity to upgrade based on seniority... If your getting close, the CP let's you know you still need letters and they make attempts to pair you with a Chk airman..

Very rarely does someone get passed up for not having a letter.. In fact I think 2 or 3 times ever

BTW... if you get an interview, lie and say you despise ALPA so they will hire you and then give me a call so I can get you a Union Card..

Don't get a letter of Rec from somebody in the ALPA push over there. Until M.D. is out it doesn't matter how you do in the interview.

hate hate hate hate ALPA!

I don't remember having to enter my stats, except the drop down boxes.
