16 new hires May / 10 upgrades. More hiring to follow for additional 80's / 757's. To get a call for an interview one needs to create a "job agent" and that will get you / your resume into the system. When a job opening is available (pilot position) your info. will get reviewed and you'll be notified of the open position. That is, if a pilot position is not showing on the available positions you can still fill out an application via the "job agent". Hope that helps and good luck - Yes Allegiant will hire a pilot on furlough and no resignation letter is required. ProUnion - keep it to yourself for the interview.
Best of luck!

Is it true that Allegiant flights are all "out and backs"? Also, I could not find how to fill out an application while it is not showing an open pilot position. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

currently all our flight start and end in home base. Most are two legs and done a few four leg days mostly in LAS and some out of Florida during the summer. 757 operation may include overnight basing and schedules not figured out yet. Open position window is suppose to be open soon.

Anyone have luck completing the application? I went through the standard data/resume/background entry, then after that another, more generic, application popped up and the drop downs to enter "state" (for high school, college) were blank and it wouldn't let me proceed until all the blanks were filled. I closed it down and now have to start over from the beginning. Hopefully they're still just working out the bugs.

"When the project is completed, port officials say a plan as large as a Boeing 757 will be able to use the airport."
