The more relevant figure is that 93% of airline pilots in this country are unionized. That says a lot.
Well guess what? Allegiant doesnt fall under that 93%, so I guess 100% of the pilots are non union.

What would be enforceable, is what JetBlue has, which is an individual contract for each pilot signed by both the company and the pilot. Of course, even though that's enforceable, it's incredibly expensive for an individual pilot to take the company to court to enforce the deal.
Only spewing the truth... Our agreement is 100% enforceable. You can keep your $100, as you'll likely need it for your next PFT job.

By the way... The labor attorney is sitting in Newport Beach and charges $400 an hour. Send me your personal e-mail and I'll gladly put you two in touch.

If there is a career fair, it's likely for ramp or FA's. Pilot recruitment doesn't generally attend those.

You can send it to my PM box. You aren't getting my personal email address.

I think it's clear to everyone here that you have some sort of grudge against me, so I'm not inclined to give my email address to someone looking to cause trouble. I'm not interested in receiving mountains of junk email constantly.

And for the record, I don't think you're [edited] I just think you've been misinformed by some people that don't have your best interests in mind.

No grudge at all [edited]

The attorney in question has nothing but MY best interests in mind. No misinformation whatsoever. You have been drinking the ALPA kool aid for way too long and don't know what is or is not reality.

To be clear... I have no problems with unions; they have their place and have done a lot of good. I don't feel a union would provide any benefit to this pilot group, and I'm certain the majority of our pilots feel the same way. We'll find out soon enough.

We were able to achieve a new compensation package in THREE months. Yes, the threat of a union made that happen. That doesn't take away the fact that our in house advisory group achieved a huge gain in compensation in three months when the average union contract takes years.

If you want a real schooling in labor law, and not just a basic understanding of the RLA, send me your e-mail address. If you don't, then shut [edited] up and keep your inaccurate [edited] to yourself.

PCL,

why are you trying to cause trouble? Seems like you are a union rep trying to weasle your way into allegiant and it seems they dont want you around. Seems pretty obvious.
