I appreciate the fact that the military is unfair...the whole "don't ask, don't tell"...us mil guys can be pretty close minded......I'm sure you and your boyfriend--excuse me, roomate are very open-minded and creative.

By the way...I hope you are not still too embarrased about the airline you fly for...not everyone can make it to the big leagues.

Let me clear up some of what you think you know. Which doesn't seem to be much.

1. I said roommate not guy. Does your conservative thinking have something against women pilots. I hope 1 of your 3 kids isn't a girl because you might be limiting her in what she can do.

2. You are correct that I lean more to the left but I am not critical of conservative thought just moronic thought. Both sides have that and your statement saying that being right of center makes you intelligant just proves that you are of the moronic right.

I'm all civie and I have flown with both mil and civie; women, hispanics, blacks, and asians. There are good and bad in both camps..I made it to a major in 2004 with the hiring being as it is. I didn't have 10K worth of heavy time either.

Sorry for the late response. I am assuming you are coming in as an instructor. You can get as much as 50 hours a month, but most guys average about 30-40 hours a month since whatever secondary job they give you occupies some of your time. The environment is great. The days are long (generally 10-12 hours), but you are home every night and about every weekend. Let me know if you need anything else.
