Didn't realize Tom McGuinness was in VF-302. Wasn't Captain Burlingame in 302 or 301 at Miramar as well? Also, a retired American captain and reserve admiral whose son was a Tomcat pilot (and American pilot, as well, I believe) was travelling as a non-rev with his wife on one of the flights. Tragic coincidences.

Yes, Chic was in Miramar as well.

The RADM you mentioned was Bud Flagg.
