Nice Job Alaska Airlines!
Alaska took delivery of a new 737-800 and gave the first flight to graduating Aviation High School kids, some of whom have never flown before in their young lives. Take a look at the photo gallery, at the kid in the third pic. Hmmm.

PR Circus or not....regardless, a pretty cool experience for some kids who probably would not have had the opportunity to do so otherwise.
As far as the individual (who appears to be challenged) that you took the time to point out....I guess not everyone is as "Cool" as you.
As a "MODERATOR" on this website, you pointing that out is pretty weak to say the least.
In the end, props to Alaska Airlines.

Not picking any sides here but in the third pick If you are talking about the two kids to the right they do not look "challenged" as you put it.
If I were to guess I would say that she was pointing out their awestruck yet slightly awkward high school gaze.
I think that jumping to the conclusion that A. One of the kids was mentally challenged and B. She was making a joke at their expense is a bit over the top.
