I've heard GoJets is typical regional (from 1990) in their safety and operations too, meaning that if there is anything unusual they will try to push the enforcement action on the PIC to avoid exposure to the Company's Certificate. Pilot pushing and lack of operational support leads to a high threat environment.
Question, if a United Pilot gets violated / fired from GoJet, does it have an effect on their United employment?

I edited your original quote, because I think you meant GoJets and NOT Compass.

Let's see:
1) UAL ALPA secures jobs/preferential hiring at GoJet for UAL furloughs. Been on unemployment before?
2) Health care. Ever paid for health care out of pocket?
3) Currency. Ever been out of work, and out of currency AND trying to find a job? Furthermore, ever looked outside of aviation for a job?
Really... it's 2009, not 2005 anymore. Trust me on that.

I actually think it says a lot that UAL even cares about job placement for the furloughed guys. I love Frontier but I know a few furloughed guys didn't even get hired at lynx because when asked if they would leave when called back they said yes! A job is a job right now.

You have to be careful about Gojet, because TSA is looking to strike. Word is that things are pretty ugly and they've reached a barrier in their negotiations of 3 or 4 years. You can be sure the parent management will replace them with Gojet during a strike. Under probation, you're probably going to be out of luck or be forced to quit.

I don't know how much longer UAL ALPA can keep letting Tilton kick them in the nuts before they say enough is enough.
Based on past performance, it may be when the MEC is down to the last man.
As far as go jets is concerned, a TSA strike will be a moment of truth. I expect a lot of rationalization, hocus-pocus, schedule flim-flam, and repeated denials that struck work is being flown, but in the end, all those managements are out to totally break the unions and there's no better way than to flimflam gojetters with "plausible deniability" into being replacement workers, or whatever is the politically correct term now. Be very very careful.
