I can't say what's going on their right now, but last fall they furloughed guys like me and paid SCABtains $300/hour to fly 737 FO trips.

So unfortunately, CAL management just keeps going downhill. I have absolutely zero desire to return to that crap. But fortunately, LEC 170 is pushing things in the right direction, and doing an awesome job at keeping CAL pilots united in the fight against management.

I can agree with you on EWR's LEC becoming MGTs worse nightmare....but have to call you on knowing who your own MEC is....details

Great to see @ least 1 LEC is not scared to shine a public light on their airline - I hope other pilots can perhaps learn from these messages, not just CO pilots. Keep posting them on the forum, please.
