The ongoing saga of life at Continental

I understand you asking the question. Just for the record, it will be a cold day in hell before I ever cross a picket line. Goes against everything I believe in.
Yes I was very fortunate to get on with a major at such a young age. The only reason I was hired, because I had over 1000 hours in the right seat of an F-28 (70K plus turbo jet) for my former company Pilgrim Airlines. During this time period very few commuters had jets. This was years before the advent of the CRJ and the ERJ.
One of the reasons I volunteered for union work is because I feel I should give back and help better the profession since I was so lucky to be hired at a young age.

Any chance you guys, (JTK), can secede from CAL ALPA and start your own Union?
I'd love to see your guys running the show at the MEC level and call managements bluff.
Too bad the other LEC's don't get it and still tap dance around our incompetent management.
Thank you for your efforts.

From a fellow former F28 pilot and current CAL pilot I want to thank you guys and gals for what you are doing. Shining some light on the ineptness on Smith St will not only mobilize pilots but in the long run, may just save the Company from it's current 3 degree glide towards mediocrity .
The PR machine at CAL has amazing powers to hide the truth but your windex is working.
You have given many hope again. Keep up the good work.

I understand that but to even ask if Jayson is a "Scab" is pretty insulting. This guy has given more to our Pilot group than anybody I know here at CAL.
He was the driving force behind our Wall Street rally and spent hours of his own free time and money setting it up. If you ever get the chance to meet him, you'll see that he is the real deal and I'm proud to call him a friend.

Funny, I was just thinking of that very thing today.....what things would be like right now with everything going on at CAL....Jayson, Tara, and Kaye on the MEC....The old phrase comes to mind....."I'd actually pay to see that".
I really think it would be Mgt's worse nightmare.
