Default Jetblue International Cabin Jumpseat

Looking to travel down to CUN this coming Thurs and was wondering if JB will allow an OAL CASS employee to occupy a cabin jumpseat if the cabin is full?

Thanks

I don't have it on me but I am pretty sure our FOM says no for OAL J/S but you can ride in back fine.

If the flight is full you can ride the cabin jumpseat to Cun.

As a second thought, for those who jumpseat internationally do you usually wear uniform? I would like to not but I am not sure if I will get hassled at the checkpoints or not.

Thanks

Im CASS qualified for OAL and was wondering about current international jumpseating on JetBlue.
Are OAL pilots allowed to occupy the FDJ since it would be international?
I have read some post from May 2011 that flight attendant cabing jumpseats are no longer allowed to be occupied, has this been resolved?
Would I call 888-538-2997 and list as a commuting pilot or would I list as nonrev?
How far in advance can I list for a flight.
Thanks for any info!

Unfortunately, this is not correct. Because of an incident previously posted about some time ago, only JB flight/cabin crew may occupy cabin JS's, on any flight.

JetBlue was the ONLY airline that allowed other airline pilots to ride in the cabin jumpseat. The FAA took away our privilidge to allow this. We are trying hard to get it back, but since all others airlines don't allow this anyways, this isn't easy.

Fixed it for you.
