It's my neighbor's kid you have to worry about. He beat Halo on Legend before he was out of diapers, built a Sat Nav remote control lawnmower, and now the yard outside his window is piled up with empty Rockstar cans & cigarette butts. He's only 7.
I explained to him that you were a Representative of the Galactic Empire and he said there ain't no way you are getting past him to Atlanta.

Sounds like a plan. I got family in the area too. Free food!
I thought that you did not want to move no matter what? Change of heart?
FO rep, ya think?
I bet if I ran I would get slaughtered. Not my thing anyway!

Actually, if ACL is going to MSP, it's Council 1...Council 20 is DTW.
And most of the action, if you could call it that, in "Fargo" happened in Minneapolis.
And I agree, don't eat the Lutefisk...it tastes like fish flavored jello that's been soaking in Clorox.

I am not sure what good a practice bid would have. You would have to get the company to tell you their exact plans for future advance entitlements for it to have any relevance. There is going to be a lot of moving around. Its likely a 747-400 base will open in Atlanta. The 747-200 operation is going to be shut down. A A330 base in JFK/ATL or both is very possible as is a 767ER base in SEA and DTW. The 747-400 even if moved to Atlanta would be fenced to NWA only. The company likes this because they feel it will minimize any training involved. They believe the NWA pilots will follow the airframe which is probably true. There are going to be hundreds of basing combinations the company can explore between now and SOC when they start moving equipment. If the past history of Delta management and crew planning holds true the only thing you can count on is that until the bid is actually posted no decision has been made.
