NWA just started flying about 16 NBA teams and 2 or 3 NHL teams. Specially configured A319s.

I know the Sabres use Miami Air for all their flights...can't help you for any others.

DL does a large number of NCAA football, NFL, and MLB charters each year.

Miami Air also does the Heat. They used to do the Marlins, but I am not sure if they still do.

NWA does the Green Bay Packers, it has always either been a 757-300 or an A330

Delta flies the New England Patriots on a 767 out of PVD. Each flight crew member gets 2 tickets to the game.
