.....Didn't they just say they made the down payment for deliveries by selling the hedges? They did that because down payments are not possible to finance anymore. So that out of the way what credit do we need early 09 if we will not get planes until 10 or 11? Of course that is all assuming they have said the truth.

Truth and business don't go hand and hand... "They" don't care and it shows all the way down to the customer. All that matters is the $$$$. Leadership starts at the top.... and it is hard to be a good leader when you don't care about your "troops". It is sad, because I feel that if they really did care about "us" we would bend over back wards and make "it happen" much like another LCC that treats its people well.
I think we have some real good people in place but it goes beyond Miramar where this style of business comes from..... Just my opinion and what do I know I've never run anything bigger than a lemonade stand and that supports my aviation career
