I was also told there is an early out program that will help reduce the number of furloughs, plus are you guys still getting that nice order of B-787!
I'm not sure who you were replying to. Moi?

Me, if I'm furloughed, I'll have a 2 -3 month vacation. One thing I have'nt seen yet mentioned is that anyone trained (Cpt and F/O) on the RJ's will be type rated. If you leave SJ (or whatever the name is) before 12 months of service, YOU MUST REPAY THE COST OF THE TYPE RATING!

*^&%#$@! way in hell!

Default SJ = IndyAir?

CrewDog, is SJ the IndependenceAir certificate? I heard NWA just bought their assets out of bankruptcy.

Our negotiators appear to have done one hell of a good job considering the circumstances this airline and industry is in.
Belly-up to the bar for another round of Kool-Aid NWA Pilots. Looks like the once famous "Cobra's" are about to help send the industry even further into the toilet.

Any chance I can mail in my "No" vote for you?

"Our negotiators have done one hell of a good job", you say. What a buffoon.

Christ, I smell 1983 over here at CAL again with statements like that. I'll bet you'd work there for free if you "won't get furloughed". Hopefully you're in the minority over there Einstein.

Lets hope there's never a strike at NWA or you'll have Duffrick and his buddies leaping across the picket line.

(PS, I know several NWA guys who will be voting "No" on this so I'm only directing this at Duffrick, not the others on here who will obviously reject this Piece of Sh!t)

I bet this will pass with at least by 75%.

As usual, the the loud screamers and whiners end up on the forums venting or "I am voting no", but in the end most TA's get approved, becuase it was the best their union could do short of shutting it down. If they ended up shutting it down then they will complain about that, or how much worst it is now that they have no job. You hear all the bravado in here, but in the end this will pass.

Unless you stupid enough to think that they can go back and tell the judge and say "excuse me, we want more money", and all of a sudden they say "sure here it is".

I am willing to say that most that are talking about vote no, either do not work at NWA, or are furloughed from NWA, or if your about to get furloughed. Most of the guys in the middle of the pile, and the guys at the top of the pile will approve it and that alone is more than 50%.

Yes it is a stinker, but this company is in chapter 11, did anybody actually think they would improve their situation in bankruptcy? They will live to fight another day.

B757200ER

That's what I've read. Not necessarily bought Indy Air outright. NWA put in a bid of $2 million, the highest bid so far for the certificate.

Great, another Pilot that just wants to "give-up" and take what management gives him. Might as well pay them to work there, right FlyBy.

And your wrong about the no voters. There out there and you'll see them soon.

Any takers on a bet that the MSP guys pass the TA by at least 3 to 1?

Wrong again 757driver, these guys are taking the best that their union could get them, not what the company offered., are you paying attention at all, or are you saying their union is a sell out, and the pilots should just close the company down, so that the airline you work for can prosper? I would respect that honest approach better than the hidden agenda you display so eagerly. If I recall NWA held the line the longest on scope unlike most other carriers, I just hope we can do as well when April comes around.
