Not only do we now have to deal with IPOD guy, MFS'ers, and the common passenger who feels they know everything about flying. But now we have to deal with nervous nancy popping their head in the cockpit while boarding and asking if the engines are going to quit.

It is an interesting read though, definitely something i didn't think was possible.

Tell the pax that you'll turn on the carb heat when you're on descent. That'll shut them up...

Better watch it - it's possible that some of those passengers may know more about your airplane than you do.

This is true about once in a life time. Most of the guys that I talk to are just people who know enough to get themselves in trouble.

Yeah, ya gotta watch out for those passenger aviation experts. I never take on the ones wearing a "Sporty's Pilot Shop" belt buckle.
