and how would you feel if you were at a commuter or a flight instructor who watched the majors screw over your career by giving up 50 seat scope followed by 70 and some 90 seaters.

pilots like to talk unity but there really isn't any in this business. its all me me me...sad but true

It won't change until we decide to change it. The excuse "That's what they'd do" doesn't make it right. Do you want a better future for everyone, or just yourself?

Start up carriers without heavy baggage is looking better and better these days. Sure there is an element of risk involved with a new carrier, but upgrade will come sooner than with current carriers.

You will never know until you retire. Look at the new hires at CAL 3 years ago. They can already hold captain. There is a 28 year old captain at CAL. Its all about timing and luck.

unfortunately their needs to be some leadership at the top and their isn't any right now. it's all about the me...
