It's a great post. Old test had a lot of descent planning and holding entries and this poster indicated he only had one descent and no holding entry questions. For others who have taken the test since they rewrote it this month, is this interviewee's experience the same or was your test different?

Balloon,

I saw it on there this morning (briefly cause I had to fly), went to work, came home and the post was gone. Who knows. I didn't recall anything Earth shattering in it. Said not as much mental math.

Thanks Moon.

Still reviewing all the study info - going cross-eyed - Aerodynamic Center, Pascal's Law, Reynold's Number, chordwise vs. spanwise, why a golf ball has dimples!!! (Man I really need some sleep!)

I'd say if your at that point you need to be thinking 3 on 1 study only

What day are you going?

Here is where I found the post. Nothing new, just wanted to share the info. From what has been posted, the test is random. You might be doing 75 math questions, while the person next to you has 75 questions about non math type stuff. I have now gone from studying the technical test stuff, to trying to remember my worst IFE, when I had a conflict in the cockpit, and why I am a failure as a leader...all with a positive spin of course. Good luck all.

I'm not too sure about that. They'll probably ask me why a an aft CG creates higher TAS and I'll tell them Dimples!!! I've been going over flights in my head that might work as good stories now too ...
Oh, and I head out there soon, ... very very soon!!! You?

Balloon Tracking, yup. Wish our plane was as cool as yours though. We just had paint done and we tried to get teeth - client wouldn't go for it
