Do not take your luggage to the interview! Nothing says "I want to go home" more than a roller-board in PR's office. You'd be surprised how many guys actually do.

I don't recommend printing off the Latest and Greatest About Delta, putting it in a folder and allowing anyone to see it. I just don't recommend it.
