The winglets don't do much for me. They have to be seen from just the right angle, for example, pretty darn good here, but not so great here.

The livery Delta isn't so bad with the winglet though.

I have yet to be able to see the winglets from the cockpit no matter how hard I smoosh my greasy forehead against the windows. Then there are some planes where I can see the tip of the wing with the slat extended (non wingletted)... Grog no understand.

Some of our newer 75's have the gold (yellow)window shade sliders. Because of those, the window molding is not as thick allowing us to see the winglets.

The 757's Winglets are 2,48m (about 8'2'') big... According to the German Wikipedia. The English one didn't have this information...

The only thing that looks good on a 757's wing is a Rolls Royce RB211!

Love the RB211 When we takeoff from La Paz Bolivia it demands respect.
We watch the Aero Sul 727's takeoff and barely climb.
I saw an E-190 there 2 years ago.
La Paz is 13,318' above sea level. When we taxi out, not sure if it's still there, but there was a Cessna 150. Either they turbo'd it or it's a joke.
