Wow!! No wonder the president and vice president of the MEC were recalled. What a garbage proposal!! Barely 3% cost of living increase each year to keep up with inflation. So basically no pay raise. And they wanted a B-scale where they cut first year FO pay just like Frontier.
Thanks to all the Airtran pilots who voted this TA down, and those who voted to recall the weak union leadership.

no short term increase but they had the option to do increases in the future. I don't really know what to say about this pilot group. SAD comes to mind. better than 75% voted for the no t.a. and the recall of the pres/vice pres. and ONLY 49% could get off their back sides and vote for the new board of directors. now we have to do a run off of all the positions and are just that much further from being able to get back too the table. If you were willing to vote for the removal how could you not vote for the replacements!!! and of course its the biggest whiners that claim they forgot to vote. Sad, just plain sad

WOW,
A Whopping 1% match on the 401k!!? What a deal, NOT! Is there any retirement plan at Air Tran today at all?
Speaking about the pilot group, aren't a lot of the senior guys on their list accused of crossing picket lines? I can't type the true name for them.

Well I was in high school when that went down and most have retired. But I'm sure if you look around the industry, you could find plenty of airlines with scabs. Once again please don't apply.
