2nd Chance with SWA
I had an interview with SWA last year and I am wondering what others have experienced in waiting for a second chance.
How long did it take to get a second interview? Did you do anything significant to help get a second chance, i.e. transition to larger aircraft, become an instructor, or get a supervisor job?
Thanks for any info....

I have a buddy that got hired at SWA on his third attempt. The difference for him was getting interview coaching. if SWA turns you down, it's not because of yoyur lack of experience or time. You're qualified if they call you in. It's your personality usually that needs some shine
Oh, Now he's a captain based in BWI. Moral of this story? Don't give up!

I am really interested in how long it takes to get that second call for an interview. I have done the prep and reviewed my mistakes in the last interview.
SWA says it is one year to apply again. It has been more than a year and a half now.
Waiting impatiently........
