Anyone have any idea when in Aug SWA's DB will be?
Have had 3 refs called within a week of my interview. Everyone tells me that's a good sign. But I've heard of guys getting turned down in spite of having references called.
Any stats or inputs some of you might want to share would be helpful and interesting...

I believe WN is SWA's CASS code. So many people use as short-hand for Southwest. And yes, having your references called is a good thing but it's no guarantee. Mine were called and I got shot down on eh June DB. Good luck.

SWA turns down about 15% of folks at the DB. Usually due to lying on the application, a DWI, DUI or a background problem.
Generally, if you make it to the DB, you are in. Unless you were featured on NBC's "To catch a predator"...
