The FACTS of this case are the individual has been CONVICTED three times.
I ask again:
1. If you still believe he should be given "the benefit of the doubt" at what point must the "allegations" against him be decided for you to believe there is no longer a reasonable doubt? An appeals court verdict? A Supreme Court verdict?
2. Do you truly believe that he - as a fellow pilot - should be held to any greater (or even lesser) standard of proof than other citizens?
these are easy questions. You ought not to need to use ad hominem attacks (or even sarcasm) to answer them.

Nope. Just pointing out blatant sophistry where I see it. Ad hominem attacks and sarcasm all you have?

You are grossly misrepresenting my point. Given your behavior as a russia propagandist, this doesn't surprise me.

Why is it so difficult for you to answer reasonable questions.
1. At what level of conviction by the justice system will it take for you to consider that this individual has exhausted his presumption of innocence? It's a simple question, but you are the only one who can answer it.
2. You specifically stated "we should all give fellow pilots the benefit of the doubt". (Emphasis added). Was your intention to say that EVERYONE should be given the benefit of the doubt, or that pilots were in some special class deserving of lesser scrutiny than non pilots? Another simple question that only you can answer.
Or are you simply going to do another ad hominem attack?

There are your quotes and there is my quote. I'm not "grossly misrepresenting" a damn thing. I asked valid questions based on your arrogant statement to someone else and instead of even answering them you made two separate ad hominem attacks defaming me.

You have almost two years of history on that invasion of Ukraine thread, that everyone can read.
Ukraine conflict
Calling you out is simply stating the truth, not an attack.
The sky is blue, management hates pilots, that stripper is NOT looking for a date, and you are a pro russia troll.

2. Should we judge pilots lawbreaking by a different standard than we judge lawbreaking by different mortals?
That's three ad hominem attacks in a row, after answering crazyjaydawg's posting sarcastically. Why don't you simply answer two perfectly valid questions? It would seem a more mature response than all the childish stuff.

Nope. I have made ZERO attacks on you.
You have earned the title "pro russia troll" after hundreds of posts over two years on the invasion of Ukraine thread.
The only thing childish is your naive shock at being called out on it.

Anyone whose instructed foreign airman for FAA certifications knows that falsifying documents is omnipresent.
Many of these individuals falsify bank statements and academic credentials in thier home country all in an effort to rubber stamp thier student visa........then illegally work as Uber drivers or Papa John's delivery guys once they are here.
You know how many West African guys I had who went to "medical school".........when it came to do oral prep in the area of aeromedical...you'd think these guys would be teaching me.........yet they struggled. Or the "engineer degree" people that tripped through basic performance calculations.
Ohh and the Middle Eastern guys already with certificates from the Philippines looking for a "refresher"..
