The pilot is still being held in a OKC Jail with no bail. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec.

A thief who lies about it to the FAA? Jail sounds like a good place for him. Anubody know what airline he worked for?

Odd for something like this. But his name doesn't sound domestic, maybe he's a flight risk. Or can't make the bail they set.

I’m guessing that you didn’t read the article. The accused has been convicted by a jury. He is not innocent.

So you believe he should be given the "benefit of the doubt" despite three convictions? At what point in your opinion should "the benefit of the doubt" cease to pertain? Only after losing at the Supreme Court? And woukd the same standard apply to non pilots?
