I'm kinda curious how the 67 crowd is comparing themselves to her.

Yes. Her story is quite a saga. Long story short. She made waves, and made them in an inappropriate way. Delta chose to try and deem her insane rather than simply fire her. To do that the company used a corrupt psychologist. KP took Delta to court to fight back getting no help from ALPA. She won her court case in a ruling that was very negative toward a lot of high up Delta/FAA people. I’m 99% she retired shortly there after to continue her career as an author.

In addition to a ALPA lawsuit
“Mark Walters I didn't mean you Mark...but last week, there was post about "going after" Sully. That certainly is not what we stand for. Sully knows the value of experience. He was very experienced and so was his FO. He should come to our side before it's all said and done. Same with the Colgan families. They will appreciate experience as well”

The lawsuit is waiting for a judge to rule on whether or not it can go forward.
The lawsuit is not a class action.
It was just to have ALPA cease and desist using our dues money to stop making false claims to congress and the press.
IMO, that type of lawsuit does nothing to further our goal of Raising The Age, although it has merits before the FAA bill passed. But as usual, lawsuits go at their own pace.
It’s no extra money to wait for the judge’s ruling, but I’m against spending any more money to pursue this type of suit

He is also the reason for this thread. He was the one with the grand idea to take down Sully for not joining the age 67 fight. Then deleted the post. His logic was anyone not fighting for age 67 was fighting against it. Anyone against age 67 deserves to have their reputation destroyed.
They have a crack team over at LEPF. Send them more money. They have it figured out now. MF is on the case.
