Our agents say their "new" uniform is supposed to be grey pants with a blue shirt.
Don't worry. NWA is so cheap it just ordered the old Delta flight attendant uniforms as hand me downs.
Full price though for our agents though.
NWA will keep the profits.
Its a joke. (I think)

I would guess during the next economic downturn when airlines start losing lots of money again. I think a more likely scenario in the next year or two will be the purchase of one of the LCC's. I know we have all heard the Delta/JetBlue rumor, but I think a Delta/Alaska deal is more likely. Delta would become a major west coast player overnight with that deal and the DOJ would probably approve it. The DOJ probably wouldn't even entertain a Delta/JetBlue merger. Also there would be no fleet problems with a Delta/Alaska merger.

DAL has emerged from BK a very strong player. They have said they want to remain a standalone carrier. I highly doubt they will merge with anyone. NWA will merge with anyone who wants them IMHO. They do have some valuable Asian routes, but the labor troubles aren't worth it.
