Which legacy and major LCCs require new hire pilots to be vaccinated and which ones do not?

I think DL still does but idk if they are offering exemptions for medical/religious reasons.

SWA is granting exemptions to everybody including new-hires.

Delta is offering "accommodations" to those who seek it out including new hires.

UAL requires proof of vaccination to interview, and again on the first day of employment unless you have completed United’s reasonable accommodation process. Also proof of yellow fever vaccination within 10 days of employment is evidently now required for new hires.
