He average 155 TFP a month. Totally doable, but he had to have picked up as well. It looks like just over 16 days available (days at work plus unused reserve). I was at 147 avg TFP with a little under 16.5 days available.

The big hitters avg 180-200 and do $500-600K

Everyone sleeps on SWA, but I think we really do have good opportunities to make a ridiculous ton of money here.

Heard about an FO and a Captain that hit 56k and 104k respectively, in one month in 2021.

Reading this thread makes my life really hard…

currently holding a CJO from southwest, also about to go to upgrade class at allegiant at less than 3 years with the company. Questions is will allegiant management ever actually pay us like a major airline.

Tough to pick up as a junior pilot at allegiant, captain min guarantee is only 180k if you include retirement. 160 ish without it. Tough…

Easy actually. Get the upgrade at Allegiant and then get on with a Legacy or UPS or FedEx. Seriously, why would you come to SWA unless the domicile(s) are just really attractive to you?

Unless you really need to sit in the left seat, go to SW. All my friends there are content. It’s not perfect, but it’s a very solid gig.

You’re also gonna be miserable in the Guppy cockpit after enjoying the comfort of Fifi. After 16 years, I’m thoroughly over it.

this is kind of what I’ve been leaning towards. It’s still hard to tell SW no…

Why would you have to tell SW no? You can do all three. Upgrade at allegiant, go to SWA, continue applying at your preferred final destination(s).
