That's the case at all airlines. This entire 2021 salary survey is pretty pointless because those salaries are not likely to be repeated. OK, maybe those airlines that end up critically short of pilots in 2021 will have very high earners, but they'll be working their tails off.

January was an interesting month. SWA 5th Year FO…

11:16 Block and 211 TFP with 15 days off.

$31K Pay
15% 401K
About $36K Total Gross w/per diem

Late to the party... and far below par unfortunately...

WGN year 4/5 FO pay, plus we got a 10% raise in September and some bonuses we received early in the year. We get paid by the day not the hour, but that's based on 211 days on the road and 445 block hours.

117,000 gross

And management wonders why no one is showing up to class...
