One major issue being left out is that every 121 has a Captain who has been on property less than 48 months. NetJets most junior Captain was a 2006 hire. The Captain ranks at Execujet are virtually unattainable by any new or recent hire.

The junior UPS CPT is a mid-2016 hire.

So about 5.5 years, but that’s to a widebody CA rate.

Most junior NB FDX CA is just over 4 years, WB just over 4.5 years.

Yup, but they made that job equivalent to the experience of a new inmate with a slight build and delicate features at a maximum-security prison with lax shower time supervision.

I personally suggest bringing a ball-peen hammer to "adjust" the ACARS printer inflight.
