Netjets has over 450 aircraft and 2500 pilots. They have about 750 aircraft if you include EJM.

That pay sounds very nice, but it’s not exceptional (or even very good) for a fifteen year captain at a major airline.

End of 2021 salary survey
The United States Department of Transportation defines a major carrier or major airline carrier as a U.S.-based airline that posts more than $1 billion in revenue during a fiscal year.
It’s does not specify as 121 or 135. They’re both air carriers.
I agree that Netjets is in it’s own niche. But it does meet the definition by revenue alone.
You don’t think $363,000 is very good?
My $$/day, block hours, days worked were well in line with others that made less.

The majors don’t have min turns? Do they have long waits at some hub or out station locations?
Everyone has some crappy part of their job. No denying that. Our contract has improved enough that the suck keeps getting less and less while the pay keeps getting better.
Sorry for the minor thread de-rail.
