You have to clarify if you mean days off, days not worked, contractual days off, days where you enjoyed QOL multipliers that only apply to your exact circumstance, or any other secret qualifier that CBreezy thinks applies but doesn't disclose to everyone else when he calls them days off. Everybody knows that, duh!

😂😂 OK how many real days off that includes being in your own home and the ability to have some alcoholic beverages. Aka contractual days off

So I guess 14 off/month average. I’m pretty junior in seat.

0% profit sharing and 0% DC. That alone makes up for the difference in pay rates from 2004 to now.

Also, I don’t believe United or Delta 2004 pay rates ever saw the light of day due to bankruptcy, so it’s really a bad comparison. It’s kind of like comparing max rates at one company to the A380 max rates in a contract at another carrier. It doesn’t make sense to compare that way.

We are doing really good pay and compensation wise. Just look at the previous 300 posts for proof.

Truthfully, those were before my time so I don’t completely understand the entire picture (DC, pensions, and such). By no means is 250k/yr bad, but hourly rates is something that many have brought up. Again, don’t fully understand the entire picture, but I do agree that we are doing really well. That probably came across different in my previous post so I apologize.

This is completely wrong. United got their big contract in 2000 which had a 11% DC plus the A-Plan (pension). The bankruptcy wasn’t until 2002, so people were certainly making the “big rates”.
