Yes, the company has a parking pass for the MCO based pilots.

How readily available is open time for an FO that lives in base at HVN? Coming from corporate I’m looking at a significant pay cut, I can make it work but I would like to soften the blow a bit if possible. Is everyone able to bill over the min guarantee?

Always open time to some extent usually from vacation or some reason, how much will dependent on how much coverage we end up getting in the coming months from all the new hires joining.

Since summer I believe first out of the Orlando base, then the demand was very heavy and we transferred some up there permanently for certain routes

It’s managed by former regional airline management. The Chief Pilot is not the most professional and a little too political for me. Think of Avelo as a stepping stone to better and brighter places. Other than that, my paycheck shows up on time, crew is nice, and training is easy. Almost too easy because everyone passes.
I left due to various reasons to include comment about CP. I'll be blunt, his stories changed and flat out lied to me. Very unbecoming of an Army Senior Officer.

They massively underpaid me for one month and refused to correct.

They refused to pay my vacation out, citing my State of residence did not require it, but then my State of Residence agrees my reason for resigning was justified (what does that tell you ?)and I am eligible for UE, but they are saying my State for UE is CT.

See the trend here?

But the line ppl, pilots, FA's, ground crew were all great to work with.

Not doubting you at all, everyone’s case is different but in what way were you underpaid? Perdiem of day pay? Pay after upgrade etc?

I’ve never had an issue with pay here nor has anyone I’ve ever talked to. And usually if there is questions and they didn’t mess up I’ve had them cut me a check 2 days later if it was a significant amount.

I’ve never had an issue getting pay protection however you can’t refuse an assignment because the next day is your day off for example it’s considered an operational extension. That’s the only reason I could see pay protection being denied that I know about

Yall full court press for ILG flying? Billboards up 95 and the bridges practically all the way to PHL. What's the plan? Just MCO and TPA turns?
