However you don’t see many comments from our crew members bashing our company. And yes you have to be willing to take a risk and be flexible.

Could not have said it better

$200 an hour pays $250k?

$285 an hour @ 75 hours per month pays 250k.

Doesn’t sound like you read too good. 70 being the minimum hours per month, not the average.
“ Monthly guarantee: 70 hours

Reserve guarantee: 70 hours

Minimum Days Off: 12 per month for line holder, 12 per month for reserve.

Any hours over 75 or flown on day off pays 125% of hourly pay”

Listen if people want to come here they will, I’m not explaining my paycheck to an outsider. Clearly we all sit on reserve and we’re gonna shut down

Wow! I was just asking. The other guy claimed 250k a year and I was suspicious. That's all.

I’ll tell you if I keep up last month for every month I’m well north of that number, still had 12 days off.

As mentioned that was my situation here and it does not apply to everyone . I am also second year and have not flown a month under 80 hours this year not to mention overrides for instruction and OE and don’t forget we get 1800 a month on top of our flight pay. Not saying every captain here will make that but it’s a big factor in why I love it here.
