How's the MCO training center coming along? Good to hear people have gotten MCO out of training. Have they started allowing people to switch bases yet?

I’m actually surprised someone from April is there but probably not a captain cause I haven’t got it yet, our bases are preferred bases and there’s not a lot of movement

New training facility is under construction and assigned crews are operating from MCO already. Based on seniority pilots are switching bases. Some are waiting for future announcements before selecting their base.

He’s a captain and was also shocked he got it. If you are looking for MCO you should message crew support and see where you are sitting on the list. He probably has a March start date as I saw him at sim in April.

Does anyone know how possible it is to drop to 0 (or to drop trips generally) as an FO? What is the minimum a junior FO can possibly fly in a given month? I assume it's not happening yet because they are building their pilot base, but are they contractually allowed to drop to 0?
